RETURNS
At Gathered Living, we hope you’ll fall in love with your purchase. However, for your peace of mind, we offer a 30-day returns policy. If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return your items for a full refund within 30 days of dispatch.
To be eligible for a refund, returned goods must reach us within this 30-day period, in perfect condition—unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We kindly ask that you return items via registered post, as this provides proof of dispatch should the parcel be lost. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Please note that the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
We are always looking to improve our products and truly value your feedback. Your insights help us enhance the quality of what we offer and ensure we continue creating pieces you’ll love for years to come.
We kindly ask that all fragile items are securely packaged when returning. Items damaged in return transit cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us. We’ll be happy to assess the issue and arrange a replacement as promptly as possible.

BESPOKE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the bespoke nature of certain items, these cannot be returned. However, if you have any concerns, please reach out to us at hello@gathered-living.com and we’ll do our best to assist and resolve the matter.
EXCHANGES
If you’d like to exchange an item to ensure it’s the perfect fit for your home, simply indicate this in the ‘Reason for Return’ section of the form. We’re always happy to help you find exactly what you need.
FURNITURE
For our bespoke upholstered furniture, we offer a 14-day return period. If you need to return an item, we can arrange collection via our couriers for a fee of £45.
