General FAQS

Our aim is to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt, unless you’ve ordered a bespoke item.

We use a tracked service which usually takes 2-4 days to arrive and we encourage you to keep an eye on tracking links to make sure any issues are picked up quickly.

If your order has not been dispatched, please email
hello@gathered-living.com so we can amend your order with the additional product(s).

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email stating that this is on its way to you.

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing this as long as your order has not been shipped. To cancel your order, please email hello@gathered-living.com with your name and order number.

Payment is taken when you place your order regardless of lead time or pre order.  This will appear as Gathered Living.

We offer both digital and printed gift vouchers for our Gathered Living Store. Available to buy here.

When you purchase a an E-gift voucher you will receive an email with your voucher code. This email can be forwarded to your recipient or printed to give a paper copy.

You can create a gift registry with Gathered Living here.

Visit the Gift Registry page here and search for the registry you are looking for. Alternatively you can ask for a link from your gift list owner.

When you create a registry you can set you event date which will in affect become your expiry date.

Gift Registry FAQS

You can create your gift registry by signing up here and you can access your list in the My Account area.

Yes. All changes and purchases made to your gift registry on the website will be reflected online within 15 minutes.

This shouldn't happen because you can set a required quantity on your list and once the item has been purchased it will be removed from your list.

Your guests will be able to see everything that you can see when on the 'Guest View' preview page of your Gift Registry. This will include your name, description and the location and date that you have set on your Registry as well as the products.
