At Gathered Living, we hope you’ll fall in love with your purchase. However, for your peace of mind, we offer a 30-day returns policy should something not be quite right.

We’re always looking to improve and truly value your feedback. Your insights help us continue creating pieces you’ll love for years to come.

Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of dispatch, provided they are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Returned goods must reach us within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund.

We kindly ask that returns are sent via registered post, as this provides proof of dispatch. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure all fragile items are securely packaged when returning. Items damaged during return transit cannot be refunded or exchanged.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to assess the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange an item to ensure it’s the perfect fit for your home, simply note this in the ‘Reason for Return’ section of the returns form and our team will be happy to help.

BESPOKE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the bespoke nature of certain items, these cannot be returned. If you have any concerns, please contact us at hello@gathered-living.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE
All upholstered furniture is made to order, therefore we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty. We always recommend ordering complimentary fabric samples before placing your order, to ensure the finish is right for your space.

OUTLET ITEMS

Items purchased at our outlet prices are final sale and cannot be returned.
