We really hope that you’ll love your purchase but for your peace of mind we offer a 30-day returns process.

You can return your goods to us for a full refund up to 30 days from dispatch. Goods must be received by us within the 30 day period to be eligible for a refund. 

The returned products must be new, unwashed and unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you return goods via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case an item is lost. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Please note that any postage costs for your order cannot be refunded and the cost of returning the item is at the cost of the customer. 

All fragile items must be securely packaged. Damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We do our best to minimise unwanted paperwork, so we have an online returns form - see below.

Due to the nature of our bespoke items, these can not be returned, however please contact us at so that we can try and help resolve any issues or concerns.
